  • Typically, packages sent through FedEx, UPS, and USPS don't require a signature upon delivery. However, for LTL/White Glove Delivery services and others, a scheduled date and signature are needed to complete the delivery process.

How is the delivery of LTL shipments handled?

  • Upon dispatching your order, we will notify you of the carrier's name in the shipment confirmation email. A few days prior to delivery, the carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. It's important to choose a day and time that suits your schedule for the delivery.

Do your products come with any guarantee or warranty?

  • Order Cancellations: To cancel an order, you must submit your request in writing. Simply requesting a cancellation does not guarantee that your order will be cancelled. Each cancellation request will be evaluated based on the order's current status and whether it is still possible to cancel it. Orders that are already at the loading dock, on a delivery truck, or in transit might not be eligible for cancellation. Requests to reroute orders that are at the dock, on a truck, or already in transit will incur a 20% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Refused Orders: If you refuse an order, a 20% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping will be charged.

How do I return it?

  • Our return policy lasts for 30 days. You are eligible to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Returns resulting from buyer's remorse must be in their original packaging and condition suitable for resale. They should be sent back within 30 days of delivery, at your own cost. Refunds will be issued once the items are received and inspected at our warehouse. Please be aware that all returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • For a valid return, ensure the item is unused, has its original tags, and retains its original packaging. Present the receipt or proof of purchase as well.
