Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We provide a reliable and efficient shipping service.

  • Economy 5-8 business days
  • Standard 7-10 business days
  • Expedite 2-4 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur. For heavy items, shipping cost is non-refundable.

What is your shipping origin?

  • Our products are dispatched from various fulfillment centers located across the United States.

When can I expect my recent Furniture order to arrive?

  • Each product on our website has its processing time mentioned, which you can find in the price/product details within the data feed section. We constantly update this information to be as accurate as possible and aim for many products to be shipped either the same or the next day, in line with the processing times we have provided. Once your order is dispatched, it typically takes 2-7 business days for parcel deliveries within the United States. Please note that due to increased demand for some items, processing times may be extended, and delivery schedules may fluctuate owing to ongoing challenges faced by delivery services in maintaining staff levels and meeting delivery timelines. Rest assured, we are committed to dispatching your items promptly and will keep you informed with tracking details. However, please understand that delivery timings might vary once the packages are in transit with the carriers.

If I'm not at the delivery location on the day of delivery, is it necessary for me to sign for my package?

  • Typically, packages sent through FedEx, UPS, and USPS don't require a signature upon delivery. However, for LTL/White Glove Delivery services and others, a scheduled date and signature are needed to complete the delivery process.

How is the delivery of LTL shipments handled?

  • Upon dispatching your order, we will notify you of the carrier's name in the shipment confirmation email. A few days prior to delivery, the carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. It's important to choose a day and time that suits your schedule for the delivery.

Do your products come with any guarantee or warranty?

Yes, we provide a 30-day guarantee covering Manufacturer Defects. Please note that returns are accepted only with a return authorization number. To obtain this number, you can reach out to us via email at info@primacartusa.com

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Unfortunately, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Primacart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Primacart is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
