How is the delivery of LTL shipments handled?

Orders that are already at the loading dock, on a delivery truck, or in transit might not be eligible for cancellation. Requests to reroute orders that are at the dock, on a truck, or already in transit will incur a 20% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Refused Orders: If you refuse an order, a 20% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping will be charged.

How do I return it?

  • Our return policy lasts for 30 days. You are eligible to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Returns resulting from buyer's remorse must be in their original packaging and condition suitable for resale. They should be sent back within 30 days of delivery, at your own cost. Refunds will be issued once the items are received and inspected at our warehouse. Please be aware that all returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • For a valid return, ensure the item is unused, has its original tags, and retains its original packaging. Present the receipt or proof of purchase as well.
