Our bunk is made of powder coated metal tube with industrial casting pipe in a hand brushed dark bronze finish that showcases a solid profile designed to last for many years. Featuring a right facing front ladder and an easy access guard-rail for convenience and safety, this industrial styled piece will perfectly anchor your kids room. Also, the bunk bed is convertible, which means it can be used as stacked or two separated beds. The clearance between floor and bottom rail is about 12 inches while clearance between rails is 37 inches. We recommend mattress of 6-inch height for the top bed. The top bed should not be used for kids under six years of age. The top has a weight capacity of 175Lbs while the bottom has 350Lbs. For residential use only.

• Order Cancellations: To cancel an order, you must submit your request in writing. Simply requesting a cancellation does not guarantee that your order will be cancelled. Each cancellation request will be evaluated based on the order's current status and whether it is still possible to cancel it. Orders that are already at the loading dock, on a delivery truck, or in transit might not be eligible for cancellation. Requests to reroute orders that are at the dock, on a truck, or already in transit will incur a 20% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Refused Orders: If you refuse an order, a 20% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping will be charged.
