• Order Cancellations: To cancel an order, you must submit your request in writing. Simply requesting a cancellation does not guarantee that your order will be cancelled. Each cancellation request will be evaluated based on the order's current status and whether it is still possible to cancel it. Orders that are already at the loading dock, on a delivery truck, or in transit might not be eligible for cancellation. Requests to reroute orders that are at the dock, on a truck, or already in transit will incur a 20% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Refused Orders: If you refuse an order, a 20% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping will be charged.

• Returns resulting from buyer's remorse must be in their original packaging and condition suitable for resale. They should be sent back within 30 days of delivery, at your own cost.
